Diamond Heights Shopping Center Refund Policy

Return Window:

  • You may return your within 20 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition Requirements:

  • furniture must be in like-new condition (no stains, tears, or damage)
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Assembly required items must be disassembled for return

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be applied to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] for return authorization
  2. We’ll provide prepaid return shipping labels (U.S. customers only)
  3. Package sofa securely in original packaging
  4. Drop off at designated carrier location

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged through misuse

Return Shipping Costs:

  • U.S. returns: Free with provided label
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping

Damaged Items:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery for replacement
  • Include photos of damage and packaging

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges available for same model in different colors (subject to availability)
  • No restocking fees for exchanges

Special Notes:

  • Allow 1-2 additional days for processing during holiday periods
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
